As Senior Marketing Associate – Acute Care (ANZ & East Asia), you’ll support the execution of regional marketing strategy for a portfolio focused on patient handling, pressure injury prevention, and caregiver safety. Working closely with the Associate Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams, you’ll help bring campaigns, launches, and sales tools to life while engaging directly with healthcare professionals across the region.

• Support execution and reporting of the annual marketing plan, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Assist the Associate Marketing Manager with strategy delivery and sales support for the Acute Care portfolio
• Develop and implement central and local marketing tactics, campaigns, and initiatives
• Perform sales and marketing analysis and support trade shows, events, and congress activity
• Develop marketing materials including literature, presentations, and digital education tools
• Gather and share market and customer insights to support continuous improvement
• Support education plans, sales training, and new product launches
• Provide direct sales and marketing support in the field as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, or marketing roles
• Experience supporting sales teams or commercial programs
