Naimeesha is the Founder of ProductsbyWomen.com - a global diverse community for women in innovation and tech. The community offers women the opportunity to connect and learn from peers from around the world, get matched with recruiters and mentors to accelerate their career.
Naimeesha is also an advisory board member at Pace University - Lubin School of Business and serves as a mentor at Barclays RISE and advices early to mid-stage start-ups. Naimeesha holds a Master's degree from University of Leeds, UK and currently works at a social enterprise building social impact products for good.
To unplug, Naimeesha loves to paint and hike - she successfully climbed Mt. Killimanjaro - 11 months after having her son, Aari.
