With over 13+ years of experience in software industry (8+ years in agile environment and over 6 years in various leadership roles), Rutuja brings in multiple perspectives to the table when it comes to leading and coaching teams. She is an avid learner with strong presentation, communication and influencing public speaking skills.
She is well familiar with and possess good hands-on experience in the various frameworks and methodologies under the Agile umbrella, like Scrum, Kanban, TDD, CI/CD, DevOps and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), OKRs, SIX SIGMA etc.
