Talent Acquisition Manager - Avionics

This Team Lead will report directly to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, supporting Avionics. This role demands a target driven individual who excels under pressure and can create strategic partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners across our enterprise. 

This position can be worked remote from any location in the U.S. Some domestic travel will be required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters supporting hourly requisitions 

  • Drive operational excellence and fulfill hiring needs for assigned orgs 

  • Develop and implement recruiting/sourcing/marketing strategies  

  • Plan and executive local recruiting events and travel on-site as needed 

  • Build relationships with HR partners and business leaders to increase knowledge and enhance recruiting performance 

  • Bring business input back to the TA COE that shape enterprise recruiting strategies and initiatives 

  • Support DE&I initiatives 

  • Implement enterprise-wide TA initiatives within area of support/responsibility 

  • Understand the competitive landscape and help educate stakeholders 

  • Partner with HRBP’s in assigned BU to understand and meet the needs of the business 

  • Prepare reporting and lead cadences to assigned customers 

  • Train and mentor recruiters aligned to BU and build talent pipeline for succession 

  • Full lifecycle recruiting responsibilities as needed 

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years prior relevant experience OR

  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is Required

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies for a variety of roles 

  • Experience training and mentoring recruiters 

  • Proven success in collaborating with senior level leaders 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills 

  • Proficiency in Workday and various recruiting/sourcing tools 

  • Knowledge of employment law and OFCCP compliance

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is $89,000.00 to $189,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
