    Position Overview

    The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving projects throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from inception through release. You will partner with Engineering, Test, Product, and Operations teams to gather requirements, define milestones, track execution, and manage risks and dependencies. You will be a key player in building and expanding our SaaS and Hybrid solutions for the water industry enabling complex hydraulic modeling, asset management, operational analytics, and AI.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage complex and large-scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives - interface with engineering leaders, product management and engineers to facilitate the discovery process, estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources

    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and thoroughly understand their business processes and challenges

    • Manage fast paced programs and projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams, interfacing with multiple teams including customer facing roles, and estimating effort to manage successful outcomes

    • Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to the leadership team and project stakeholders

    • Engage and energize the teams to achieve aggressive goals

    • Ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective

    • Develop broad domain and technical knowledge in the water management and modeling systems


     

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 2+ years of technical program/project management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment

    • Experience managing and successfully delivering large scale software development programs

    • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints

    • Focused on execution and delivery in a data-informed and iterative environment

    • Well versed in Agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban, etc.

    • Has good technical grasp

    • A great communicator

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience managing and successfully delivering large scale software development programs - preferably multi-tenant SaaS platforms and/ or IoT systems
    • Has good technical grasp - preferably within AWS Cloud
