We’re looking for a skilled technical lead who will focus on Pluralsight@Pluralsight: internal leveraging of our very own products. With the Pluralsight platform at the center, we believe the right person will amplify the voice of the Technology organization—as a customer—to engineering and product leads. With that voice, they will inform and drive new features in a strategic way that makes Pluralsight critically important to CTOs industry-wide.Who you are:
Grounded in technical competence. While this role will not be responsible for building Pluralsight products, it will support the teams that do. In order to have the strongest relationship with them, previous experience building full-stack web applications is important, including experience with sophisticated systems and integration challenges. Experience using Node, C#, python, or another language as well as familiarity with front end frameworks (React preferred) is necessary to be successful.

Design and implement programs that leverage Pluralsight products to improve the knowledge, effectiveness, and engagement of team members.
Champion a culture of learning that is inclusive, accessible, and empowers teams to innovate on the way to their objectives.
Work with engineering teams to identify key results and standardize methodologies where Pluralsight’s products can play an important role.
As a customer, drive product needs to the engineering leads that maintain our products.
Maintain a lens for how to scale Pluralsight product adoption broadly. Work across many teams to scale this out.
Develop partnerships across our design, data, engineering, product, and people teams to craft multi-functional alignment to enable the highest priority objectives.
Build a data-driven culture throughout the organization.
Brainstorm and conceptualize all the possibilities for impact. Refine them down, prioritize, and then focus and move them across the finish line.
Creatively help devise new and impactful activities we haven’t thought of yet.
