Regulation O Program Manager
The Program Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of a successful and fully compliant Regulation O program. They will collaborate with colleagues across the team and enterprise to identify and control Regulation O insider exposure. They will optimize business processes, drive performance, and identify enhancements to our existing program.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Regulation O program.
- Identify, set-up, monitor, and deactivate Regulation O Insiders, Tangible Economic Benefits, and Related Interests.
- Manage the survey process to collect Regulation O Insider information.
- Partner with the Corporate Secretary’s Office to identify Insiders and Credit & Fraud Risk to perform underwriting for Regulation O Insiders.
- Coordinate and oversee the Principal Shareholder (Berkshire Hathaway) process to identify and control their Related Interests.
- Be the point of contact for the Regulation O policy, procedures, and operational controls used to manage the program.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for internal audits, independent compliance testing, second line of defense reviews, and regulatory exams.
- Cultivate a healthy skepticism and sense of vigilance regarding any changes or enhancements that may impact Regulation O.
- Partner with the product owner of the Reg O system (ROUTe) to perform user acceptance testing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong product and project management skills; demonstrated history converting high level policies and programs into clear program deliverables.
- Ability to toggle between strategic thinking and getting things done.
- Strong process, compliance, and control orientation.
- Analytical thinker with business acumen and strong results orientation.
- Experience working through change management.
- Skilled at communicating efficiently and effectively with leaders.
- Ability to work well with ambiguity, multiple priorities, and fast paced environment with a positive "roll up your sleeves" attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with or knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Hands on experience with user stories, user acceptance testing, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
