As part of Visa’s Global Sponsorship & Experiential team, this role will manage Visa’s relationship with the Red Bull Technology Group, across both the Oracle Red Bull Racing and Visa Cash App RB Formula One teams. This partnership is leveraged across the Visa business globally and requires day to day interaction with multiple stake holders both internally and externally, including clients.
This motivated professional will become a recognized face and the expert across the Visa business both internally and externally. The scope of work includes leading a broad team of Visa stakeholders, agency partners, and clients in the management and implementation of Visa’ rights annually, including at races globally and serving as a champion of these assets for how to best leverage and activate the partnership. A priority for this role is driving tangible and quantifiable outcomes in support of the overall business. Additionally, this role will directly manage the relationship with Red Bull Formula 1 Technology Group and the agency supporting the property.
This global marketer will partner with global Visa teams engaging clients as well as Visa Global Brand, Global Content, and other business and functional partners to ensure delivery of Visa’s marketing campaigns. There will be accountability for meeting established ROI and marketing effectiveness measures across all areas.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Partnership Management:
Lead sponsorship platform management, event operations & Hospitality
Manage contracts and asset allocations and fulfillment
Develop strategic vision for partnership
Serve as the key contact for property rights usage management, activation and approvals
Matrix work: comfortably and continuously present high performance on a matrix organization where multiple Global, Regional and Local constituents converge towards the same event
Project tracking of key deliverables.
Sponsorship Marketing:
Work collaboratively with the Visa Global Brand and Global Content on the development of all consumer and partner communications including but is not limited to: development of core creative idea, visual identity systems, promotions, digital strategy and plans including social media, on the ground activation at event time including the onsite activation, advertising, media strategy, etc.
Partner with client marketing teams on client opportunities, communications and creative development across promotions, digital strategy and onsite activation
Support and project tracking, task forces, and ticketing as well as innovation initiatives
Asset marketing activation support and onsite execution at races and other programs as needed
Drive Global client, product and activation strategies and asset allocation to maximize use of the platform
Lead executive communications and reporting
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Knowledge and experience in global sponsorships, specifically motorsports
- University degree in marketing or relevant business curriculum
- Excellent project management skills
- Global sporting/entertainment related experience would be beneficial but not
- essential
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently, detail oriented
- Proven ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects
- simultaneously and drive results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with client management
- and relationship experience preferred
- Proven track record of driving revenue
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally and globally if required

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 169,100.00 to 220,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
