The Field Service Engineer is primarily responsible to maintain professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker’s products while ensuring compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications. He/she delivers technical assistance at customer sites and provides documentation to internal and external customers. What we are looking for: Analytical problem solvers. - Repair and check electronic / mechanical Stryker products
- Complete annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer site
- Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records, access technical
- information
- Assist the regulatory affairs department / customer to action product recalls, field safety
- notices and field action notices
- Fulfil Service contracts with planned maintenances
- Delivery of technical Training to internal & external
- Perform Installation of Stryker systems on customer site
- Perform Software & Hardware Upgrades
- Efficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
- Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools
- Provide technical support to Internal and external customers
- Escalade opportunities and issues appropriate team meetings
- Ensure excellent follow-up on all customer-initiated issues
- Ensure service provided is invoiced if not under warranty
- Scheduling of Customer visits in cooperation with Customer service
- Educated to degree level in engineering medical electronics and camera technology orequivalent, at least one of the following:- Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical / Software- Medical Physics- Technology Subjects
