Work you’ll do
- Assist with the development, implementation, and optimization of PPM frameworks tailored to the unique needs of higher education institutions
- Provide guidance on project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with institutional goals and objectives
- Serve as a subject matter expert on PPM and grants management, providing training, mentorship, and technical support to internal stakeholders
- Recommend process enhancements, technological solutions, and workflow optimizations to streamline operations and maximize efficiency
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the organization

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 5-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, grants administration, or consulting, preferably in higher education
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Project Portfolio management methodologies and Grants lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or Higher Education consulting experience
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Project and task management skills to structure/prioritize actions and develop high quality work products and deliverables on time
