Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Command and Launch (C&L) Integrated Functional Capability Event Manager 3. This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. What You'll Get To DoThe Major Program Event (MPE) Lead is a level 3 Manager that directs all phases of the program related to building up to the MPE. The MPE Lead is responsible for the delivery of the event including supporting content from product providers.
- Acts as primary customer contact for segment event activities, leading segment review sessions with customer to discuss event status and progress towards the event.
- Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies segment problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing priorities.

- Bachelors or 4 additional years of experience & 8 years of experience; 6 years with a Masters
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active DoD Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation date within the last 6 years
- Must be eligible to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business need
- Minimum of 3 years in a formal lead/ management position
- Experience leading and/or driving performance of a test program
- Experience with Northrop Grumman Control Account Management Process
- Experience managing risks including subcontractor content
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Program management for development and integration contracts including large subcontractor content and diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with ground systems for ground and missile flight test programs.
- Experience with business management, program management, model-based systems engineering and manufacturing processes
- Proven experience working with customers to foster confident relationships
- Knowledge of Subcontracting process and procedures
