Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. The Sentinel Business Management team is seeking a Sr. Principal Supplier EVMS Analyst. The selected candidate will be responsible for the EVMS compliance of major suppliers for the Sentinel program. Critical success factors for candidates will include a dynamic leadership presence with a demonstrated success in mentoring and developing junior Analysts. The candidate selected will foster an environment of continuous learning and process improvement, maintain execution velocity in a highly dynamic environment, and engage with all levels of stakeholders. The candidate selected for this role must have strong organizational, problem-solving and closure skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated interpersonal skills with different stakeholders and levels of professionals and management. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform independent analysis of Sentinel suppliers' IPMDAR documenting quality issues
- Coordinate and conduct EVMS surveillance events (requires significant travel) to assess compliance of suppliers' Earned Value Management System and issue findings or actions, as applicable
- Work with suppliers on root cause and corrective actions for findings from the surveillance events
- Brief the results of surveillance events to leadership and SMT stakeholders
- Coordinate and drive supplier IBRs to completion
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external customers
- Mentor and train junior level Analysts.
- Partner with leadership to translate organizational objectives and strategies into program level tactics

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 10+ years of experience - OR - a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
- Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Experience with Earned Value cost/schedule reporting (e.g. IPMDARs, IPMRs, CFSRs, and CCDR/CSDRs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with added emphasis on advanced Excel data analysis competency.
- Experience using Deltek COBRA, Microsoft Project, and SAP tools.
- Experience preparing and presenting analysis to team and/or management.
- Experience in establishing a program baseline or significant experience in developing time-phased pricing or estimating forecasts.
- Must be willing to travel 50% of time as required to support business/program needs.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite.
- MBA or a Master's Degree in a Business-related field.
- Active Secret or Top-Secret security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite.
