Reliable: Manage time, to ensure being at work on time and effectively get the job done. What you will do
- Responsible for timely attendance and participating in all required meetings, such as MDI meetings, etc.
- Perform cartoning, auto-bagging, pouching, uniting, assembling and other tasks associated with Final Processing activities as assigned.
- Read, understand and follow all work instructions and packaging standards.
- Meet or exceed the daily production requirements for each workstation. Desired productivity rates should gradually increase from 70% - >90% as you understand, learn and grow within Final Processing.
- Adhere to all quality standards, Participate in quality initiatives as required.
- Participate in manufacturing initiatives as required.
- Take direction from Manufacturing Production Leads, Supervisor or Manager as required.
- Complete assigned trainings ahead of deadlines.
- Clock on/off operations in company tracking platforms.
- Perform any other necessary task that contributes to the flow of raw material, WIP, and finished goods throughout the shop floor.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Related work experience preferred
