We are looking for a talented Parts Administrator to join our team based in Perth. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Uploading invoicing into customer portals
- Facilitate customer credits and recharges
- Parts parts payroll
- Action account payable
- Assist the team with freight quotes
- Provide administration supporting as required including banking, audit compliance, facility maintenance and document control
- Have previous Administration experience
- High levels of customer service as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Highly motivated and a self-starter and be able to work as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
