Overview
Role will be the IT Project Management lead for the R&D PLM program. The position will be responsible for the adherence to PepsiCo IT processes and deliverables while collaboratively managing a detailed project plan that meets R&D business needs, software requirements, and program objectives This individual will ensure the project workstreams are compliant with Clarity deliverables to release software to production.
The role will work with other scrum masters on the program to ensure that PepsiCo tools (e.g. Azure Dev Ops) are used in the correct way to promote best practices in Ways of Working.
The Project Manager/ Scrum Master supports the stand-up of multiple workstreams in the PLM program to enable a evolution from Waterfall to Agile ways of working leveraging industry methodologies. Additionally, this person will be responsible for coordinating activities between the Development and Operations teams during the project phases of Hypercare and Transition.
Responsibilities
Program Planning and Management - Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery
planning for assigned projects.
Team Management - Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
Product Owner Support - Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables,managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
Process Management and Improvement - Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
Team Building - Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality
Compensation and Benefits :
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Years of Experience :
- 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects with multi-function teams. PMP preferred BA or BS or equivalent experience is required; MA or MS is a plus
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in Project Management of software platforms
- Experience in using PM/Agile toolset (ADO) and Clarity preferred
- Proven leadership in deploying R&D software technologies
- Demonstrated success in deploying PLM software in large, global, multi-category consumer goods industry
- Experience managing project team resources across multiple cultures and time zones
- Ability to summarize complex technical issues/risks/updates into program level updates to leadership levels in Executive Summaries
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experienceinteracting with both business and IT individuals at all levels
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focuson details while maintaining the “big picture” view
- Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building across various time zones and cultures
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
