As a Spine Sales Associate, you will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace by assisting with the selling, promoting and marketing of our products to a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales manager to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. Our spine business unit offers one of the most comprehensive and diverse product portfolios, including our leading 3D-printed technologies, enabling surgeons to provide their patients with treatment options. Our products include implants, instruments, and biologic solutions for the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. Who we want Challengers. - Ideally, a BA or BSc degree in a Biomedical/Lifesciences or business-based subject (or equivalent experience)
- Sales experience is advantageous but not essential
- Natural ease to take ‘ownership’
- Ability to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed and win.
- A valid drivers’ license
- Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office suite, Salesforce.com, etc.)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships.
- Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
- Demonstrated aptitude to learn a product’s key features & benefits.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
