We are seeking a dynamic communications professional to join our hard-working Employee Success team! As a Senior Specialist in Internal Communications, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective delivery of Employee Success programs to the business.
In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing internal communications strategies that improve engagement and communication within the Employee Success team. You'll collaborate closely with internal partners, ensuring effective communication channels, and work to encourage and advise our employees about key programs, initiatives, and success stories.
About You:
- Confirmed experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication skills with an ability to convey information in an engaging and inspiring manner.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Strong critical thinking combined with the ability to implement tactically.
- Passionate about fostering a positive and supportive work culture.
- A great teammate with a proactive and self-starting attitude.
- Meticulous with a focus on process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a champion for Employee Success initiatives, creating and implementing integrated campaigns that align with Employee Success goals.
- Collaborate with Employee Success leaders to craft and deliver impactful communications.
- Work closely with Employee Success partners to showcase innovative programs and success stories.
- Collaborate with the broader communications team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Collaborate closely with Employee Success teams, including Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employee Listening, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Craft and lead engaging cross-channel content for company-wide communications, especially in Slack!
- Influence partners to ensure communications are compelling and aligned with the desired tone.
- Track and analyze results, applying key takeaways to continuously improve future communications, content, and engagement.
Experience/Skills Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field (experience in a high-tech or fast-paced environment is a plus).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to generate and implement innovative ideas.
- Ability to quickly understand information across various subject areas and develop clear communications with minimal guidance.
- Confidence to drive projects in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and adapt priorities seamlessly.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to exert influence without formal authority.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a fun team member!
- Proven record of developing and implementing creative internal communications plans.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $91,000 to $125,200. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $150,200.
