- Provide active engagement in the onboarding and training of all new Field Service Technicians in alignment with the new hire process
- Mentor new Field Service Technicians, teaching and modeling proper process execution, customer centric, and values-based behaviors
- Act as a key member of the training team with the consistent delivery of training content in areas such as new hire training, product knowledge, and repair training
- Be an active part of establishing and implementing standards to operate a best-in-class training environment enabling a greater customer experience and increased employee engagement
- Execute quality audit processes validating training retention and appropriate service delivery
- Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in the development of updated procedures
- Function as a key partner in tracking elements of new employee training – training required for cross-training and product launches
- Partner with Regional Leaders to share insights and aid in strengthening in overall execution of work conducted by the Field Service team
- Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant experience required
- 1+ year of experience in development, facilitation, and/or execution of training materials preferred
- Experience working in a service operations environment preferred
- Ability to travel 60%
