We are looking for a talented Temporary Labor Nurse (6 months) to join our team specializing in ABO MEDICAL SERVICE for our CUMMINS in San Luis Potosí, SLP, México. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Position Summary: The Temporary Labor Nurse at Cummins deploys clinical and administrative skills under the supervision of a medical provider. Provides medical evaluation and care to employees on site, manages occupational health programs and maintains records according to local regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Planning and maintenance of the first aid system. - Identification of gaps in compliance with policies and regulations. - Confidential record keeping and regulatory compliance. - Participation in health and welfare inspection and audit programs. - Provide medical assessment and care as trained. - Act as a health resource and first responder. - Report injury hazards and maintain documentation. - General consultation, first contact of regular consultation patients or accident care. - Manual and electronic logbook records: consultations, special evaluations, receipt of documents. - Support providers for evaluation of work at heights and confined spaces, - Medication stock validation. - Review of in-plant equipment: wheelchairs, stretchers, etc. - Work under supervision. To be successful in this role you will need the following: Required Competencies and Skills: - CPR and first aid training. - Significant experience in occupational nursing. - Action oriented and resilient. - Collaboration and effective communication. - Customer focus and self-awareness. - Continuous learning and process optimization. - Ability to analyze incidents and manage emergencies. - Basic in logistics and customs brokerage.
