We are looking for a talented student to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our components business segment in Columbus, IN. As a school to work participant in manufacturing engineering , your role involves documenting processes, running capability data, and enhancing work instructions. This includes tasks such as : 1.) Documenting process : Create Step by step procedures for manufacturing tasks. Including equipment setup, operations, and maintenance. 2.) Running capability data: collecting and analyzing data to assess the performance and capability of manufacturing process, ensuring they meet quality standards 3.) Enhancing work instructions: Improving work instructions by incorporating best practices, safety guidelines , and efficiency measures to optimize manufacturing process. 1.) Updating Documentation 2.) Creating Work instructions 3.) Participate in Safety T Card to proactively support safety in the plant . 4.) Initiate P.O. s for projects 5.) Create Manufacturing Change Requests 6.) Participate in scrap and oee reviews
