- Deploy the Stryker Manufacturing Excellence framework
- Train and mentor designated teams and individuals within the business on Lean and other CI concepts and support the business to meet/exceed budgets
- Provide management support to remove barriers and facilitate conflict resolution in matrix organization
- Track and measure CI program performance and progress towards site assessment accreditation, when applicable
- Identify, manage and drive cost improvement initiatives measured in dollars saved across the business, including productivity, manufacturing loss, AGED WIP and more
- Partner with local management to define relevant process KPIs, including ownership and KPI input variables
- Utilize digitalization to gather data from process flow processes, developing trends and insights, that contribute to develop business strategies and solutions
- Partnering, and learning from, other Stryker sites, adopting best practices into the Mahwah facility
- Bachelor's Degree required (degree in Industrial Engineering highly preferred or relevant discipline)
- 8+ years of work experience required
- Previous years of experience successfully defining, deploying, and executing continuous improvement initiatives required
- Prior people leader experience required
- Production system deployment experience -preferred
- Experience using ERP systems and Power BI and associated technology capabilities -preferred
- Lean/Six Sigma certification - preferred
- Project Management certification - preferred
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry - preferred
