- 5 years of experience working in startups or technology companies.

- Experience working in a high growth startup, venture capital firm, accelerator or similar startup ecosystem organization.
- Ability to analyze large datasets to enhance growth strategies.

As an Investor Network Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving Google Cloud awareness, adoption and customer success through the management of a distributed team of relationship managers working with venture capital, accelerator and other startup ecosystem players. You will oversee the operations of our investor relationship network (e.g., hiring and onboarding, launch and execution, program management, measurement and OKR tracking, marketing and communication), community management of the global network of volunteers, help standardize the playbooks that define engagement with the investor ecosystem, monitor and share best practices, and help drive consistency in metrics and reporting.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional peers internally, especially in Sales, Strategy and Operations, Customer Engineering, Marketing and Partnership Solutions teams, to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Venture Capital (VC) relationships and their portfolio companies to ensure investor network program operations are centralized and laddering up to our global Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Management by Objectives (MBOs).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Support Google Cloud’s partnership efforts with Venture Capital firms by acting as a central point of contact for a distributed team of relationship managers.
- Manage global investor ecosystem initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, program management, measurement, reporting, and community management.
- Work closely with investor ecosystem leadership and partner cross-functionally with stakeholders (e.g., Strategy and Operations, Programs, Customer Engineering and Marketing) to help execute ecosystem strategy and leverage global programs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of specific investor engagement efforts, and make strategic recommendations for how to best work with our ecosystem partners.
- Drive ongoing governance (e.g., OKR reviews, scalable playbooks, etc.) and process ownership to grow the investor network while working with key stakeholders and regional leaders to align on the GTM plan.
