The work is fast-paced and broadly impactful across the company with various partner engagements. Responsibilities include helping craft scalable solutions and processes with engineers and architects, working with support teams who support customers and our internal systems, as well as taking business requirements to translate them into concrete technical requirements. To be successful, a candidate will need to be analytical, have excellent critical thinking skills, as well as be able to prioritize, deliver on multiple requests at once, identify inefficiencies in the process, building scripts to help us continually improve.This position is for the Hyderabad location only.Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the configuration of our internal CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.
- Deploy configuration changes during monthly New Product Introduction (NPI) releases.
- Design and build new tools and scripts to speed up and protect the NPI deployment process.
- Support the operation and maintenance of existing and future CPQ infrastructures, including rule configuration, release management, environment management, data transformation, and migration.
- Lead all aspects of troubleshooting and bug fixing for published rules configurations.
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations regarding priorities, outcomes, timelines, and potential risks.
- Should have been familiar with the Agile process.
- Flexible to support AMER or EMEA Shift (on a need basis).
- This is an Office-Flexible role, based out of the Hyderabad Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision, prioritizing accuracy of deliverables.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification required
- Salesforce CPQ/Conga CPQ/Approvals/CLM experience.
- Nice to have Salesforce Certification (s).
- Hands-on experience on Tableau and Python preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning/LWC will be preferred.
- 3+ years of System Administration or IT experience.
- 1+ years of experience in the configuration of a CPQ system.
