Mission
The Security and Controls Senior Analyst will have overall responsibility for ensuring that Oracle roles are compliant to internal controls and SOX guidelines and where segregations of duties remain to identify mitigating controls.

What you will do:
- Manage the Security and Control mailbox
- Create/modify user access roles
- Verify that mitigating controls are in place for the access requested with Segregation of Duties conflicts
- Provide relevant approvals in CsComply
- Follow up with Information Security (IS) department regarding open items on access request
- Prepare the Security and Controls data insights
- Maintain, understand and follow operating procedures in line with SOX requirements
- Support the coordination of the Periodic Access Review (PAR) across different ERPs in Europe (Oracle, BPCS, PRMS, MFGPRO & SAP)
- Support the business with a continuous improvement mindset
- Supports ad hoc activities, projects
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
What you will need:
- 3 years’ experience in a in a multinational (preferably American) company
- Strong Excel capabilities
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Proactive and a self-starter
- Customer focus and service orientated
- Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work with peers and management to achieve objectives
- High level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility
Education & Special trainings:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance/ Business related subjects
- Fluent in English any other European language is a plus
