About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use):12 About the Role: The Team: The implementation consulting – project management team is a global team working with product solutions and engineering teams to successfully deliver client implementations for SP Global's Securities Processing & Corporate Actions solutions. KYC Services is a core component of the overall SP Global’s due diligence workflow process for brokers, custodians, corporates, fund admins, managers and service providers. Our market leading solution is built on Counterparty Manager, enabling you to automate, validate, and integrate KYC Data using our technology. Leverage existing industry policies and customize to meet your specific requirements, using our managed services. Responsibilities and Impact:
- Project management and cross-group collaboration skills with a proven track record of leading medium to large projects with multiple stakeholders/partners
- Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates and budget.
- Good communication & influencing skills to engage competently at all levels of the organisation, through to CxO level.
- Ability to support in process improvement, pre-sales and team development capacities as required within the team.
- Lead KYC Services Implementations across software and managed Servies implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree & 7+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain.
- OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to post trade automation business domain OR similar experience.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex multi-million dollar projects within the financial services industry.
- Good written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels.
- Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills.
- Excellent influencer with proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management experience in financial services/ solutions vendor organizations OR equivalent experience.
- Certification in Project/program management (PMP OR equivalent)
- Good commercial & contractual awareness and project governance acumen
