Microsoft Modern Workplace Support Engineer Full Time | Location: Guadalajara or Mexico City | Hybrid Model Our people. This is what makes SoftwareOne successful. In this Senior Level role you will have a major impact in supporting and delivering on the Microsoft Collaboration Services for our large and enterprise client environments, with a special focus on Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Azure AD, M365 and Windows Servers). You have a few years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering in the field of M365 Modern Workplace. You will be accountable for:
- Provide Support for Modern Desktop Solutions - Windows 10 with Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other associated applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing Microsoft 365-related issues, collaborating with vendors and other IT Services teams as necessary.
- Incident and Service Request processing and solution, as well as documentation in the Ticket Tool (e.g. ServiceNOW, Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, etc..)
- Creation of documentation and solution descriptions
- Interfacing/Working directly with the consulting team, suppliers and network providers.
- Escalation Handling
- Ensuring knowledge transfer
- Coordinate and collaborate with business application stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure successful operations of deployed integration and implementation
- Make recommendations for training documentation; produce and maintain approved documentation
- Conduct analysis to capability gaps and deficiencies
- Identify training approach to address capability gaps and deficiencies. Provide informal training assets to assist end users in understanding how Enterprise Voice and Microsoft Teams can be applied to enhance operations
- Plan, document, coordinate, and implement technical training activities
- Provide Tier II and Tier III level technical support to end-users and serve as subject matter expert to resolve a variety of M365 related issues.
