- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience uncovering needs of stakeholders, customers, or users and developing innovative solutions for multiple audiences.
- Experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in changing environments and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to set goals for product adoption, influence others, and deliver against goals and milestones.
- Ability to take initiative, address challenges, make continuous process improvements, and drive matters to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to address complex offerings and translate them for sales and customers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Develop compelling narrative and messaging that emphasizes Demand Generation’s value to drive marketing objectives for social buyers.
- Create a sales package of core materials (i.e., playbook, pitch, claims, case studies) to support Demand Generation, including compelling comparisons between Demand Generation and others.
- Synthesize feedback from regional teams, sales teams and advertisers and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts.
- Lead cross-functional projects, across organizations and timezones, to execute on strategies.
- Travel globally, to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal and external meetings.
