Learn more about our award-winning organization by visiting stryker.com As an Associate Manager, Field Service, you will lead a diverse team of Field Technicians within your designated Region to develop their individual talents while driving the performance of the MedSurg and Neurotechnology Instrument Business Unit. 50% travel throughout the Rocky Mountain region. - You will lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth
- Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers
- You will champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business
- Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them more efficient
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years people leadership preferred
- Vendor management experience preferred
- SAP experience is a plus
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM
