Director Revenue Enablement Strategy Req#1010672 Location: San Francisco Bay Area Job Description: As the Director of Revenue Enablement Strategy at Juniper Networks, you will be a pivotal member the team, Senior Leaders to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and ensure organizational effectiveness. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of technology revenue enablement. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the revenue enablement team and other executives to develop and execute the company's strategic roadmap. Conduct research, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices to optimize organizational effectiveness. Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
- Project Management: Oversee key initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of results. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, set milestones, and track progress towards strategic objectives.
- Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and memos to communicate key insights, updates, and recommendations.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers. Identify opportunities for collaboration, investment, or strategic alliances to drive business growth and expansion.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in a strategic leadership role, with a track record of driving organizational change and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with a focus on execution and delivering projects on time and within budget.
