Learn more about our employee referral program As a Project Manager you will be a key member in our international Digital, Robotics and Enabling Technologies (DRE) team, who is responsible for computer based surgical guidance systems and navigated instruments which support surgeons in several procedures in the Operating room. You will help to drive towards innovative technologies and your contribution will have an impact on daily work in hospitals around the world. What you will do:
- You will successfully manage international development projects, focusing on hardware components and related software applications for our different guidance systems and deliver them within scope, schedule, cost and quality constraints.
- In order to deliver market-driven high quality products on time, you show great collaborations skills with business stakeholders, diverse roles in the engineering team, cross-functional departments and your peers in the project management office.
- You activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals in time.
- You use project management tools and techniques to initiate, plan, execute and monitor your projects through their lifetime.
- You will be working closely with our Marketing department and understand end-customer needs to drive successful project implementation.
- You will regularly report the project status to all stakeholders outlining progress, achievements and risks.
- You haven an advanced degree in (medical) engineering, computer science, natural sciences or in a equivalent field of studies.
- You have already gained experience in managing projects, ideally in a regulated environment with proven success.
- You have a strong drive for Medical Device Engineering and are passionate about using state-of-the art technologies.
- You enjoy managing, motivating and inspiring cross-functional project teams.
- Having experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies would be a plus.
- Your great communication skills in English enable you to interact easily in an innovative, international and intercultural environment.
