Technical Operation Engineer – Tier 2 We are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team and to support our products. Responsibilities:
- Identifying operational problems by observing and studying the functionality and performance of the system
- Providing technical assistance to customers
- Identifying the root cause of the problems, find workarounds and define permanent solutions
- Create, prioritize, and monitor service calls and tasks
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal channel, examining the issue, and finding a solution while ensuring a reasonable response time
- Report issues and work closely with the technical team to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently, as well as help prioritize fixes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Clear communication with customers and other internal teams about issues affecting their service
- Effectively ensure that issues are resolved
- Technical orientation
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to details
- Passion for customer service and helping others
- SQL knowledge – Advantage
- High level English – Reading, writing, and speaking
