Learn more about our award-winning organization by visiting stryker.com As our Digital Marketing and Operations Lead for our Endoscopy Division, you will help expand our digital footprint and coordinate the review and approval of marketing collateral including platforms, processes, and procedures. - Accountable for collaborating across the division to follow through with disciplined marketing approach around websites, SEO optimization, social media, and other various digital channels.
- Help to expand our digital footprint and brand awareness, ultimately driving additional traffic, engaging site visitors in new and creative ways and generating leads.
- Consult with Marcomm on the benefits, risks, and considerations for multiple channels.
- Establish digital metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones in both Adobe and Hootsuite; collaborate with Marcomm on divisional metrics.
- Predict the future trends and developments for marketing channels.
- Assist global regions in developing a social media strategy.
- Responsible for the project management of all marketing collateral review systems and processes on behalf of the Endoscopy Division, which includes triaging projects through the Workfront system for multiple businesses, running reports and measuring analytics.
- Oversee digital project charters by maintaining, updating and socializing key principles across Marcomm.
