Learn more about our award-winning organization by visiting stryker.com Stryker is hiring a Senior Quality Systems Specialist (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite) to support our Spine Division! As a Training Specialist/Coordinator in the Quality Management System (QMS), your role is pivotal in enhancing and sustaining the QMS. This involves crafting and updating training materials while supporting the training program. In addition, you'll ensure compliance with QMS training standards across the Spine Division, aiding Division and Global Quality Operations (GQO) efforts. - As a team member of our QMS team you will play a key role to improve, maintain and report on the training program to support the Quality Management System.
- You will work with process owners and managers to ensure that employees receive appropriate training assignments in accordance with quality system requirements. This includes ongoing establishment and evaluation of curricula and user groups in our learning management system (LMS).
- You will collaborate with our divisional partners to ensure that cross-divisional team members will receive efficient and adequate training assignments to fulfil their roles.
- You will drive relationships with the Stryker Corporate LMS Shared Services team in the maintenance and administration of the LMS to provide business support over whole Stryker.
- You will influence positive quality outcomes across the business by helping employees navigate the training process and building strong relationships with process owners, managers, and partners.
- You will generate training key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
- You will be participating in decision making and leading discussions on quality systems departmental issues.
- Generate the various training key performance indicator (KPI) reports weekly and SLT reports monthly.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvements of policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS.
- Support internal and external quality system audits.
- In addition, there is the possibility to take over different tasks (beyond training) in the QMS.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in needs assessment, curriculum development, course design, LMS administration, training development, QMS knowledge, and/or related fields.
- Experience in a regulated environment required.
- Understanding of a regulated industry like medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Advanced working knowledge of LMS software, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to successfully interface with various departments and personnel.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to draw insights from data quickly and to define executable actions.
- Experience in Matrix organization.
- Learning Management Systems administration.
