We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team specializing in Finance for our Fletcher, NC location.
Responsible for the preparation of analyses and reports for department managers. Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts or statistical reporting.

Qualifications
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
ANALYTICAL SKILLS : You’ll need to prepare detailed analyses and reports for department managers, which involves interpreting complex data and presenting it in a clear, actionable format.
BUDGETING EXPERTISE : Developing annual budgets, expense forecasts, and staffing forecasts requires a strong understanding of financial planning and the ability to predict future financial needs accurately.
STATISTICAL REPORTING : Creating statistical reports, including financial performance and variance explanations, means you’ll need to be proficient in using statistical tools and methods to analyze data and explain deviations from expected results.
MONTH-END CLOSE SUPPORT : Supporting the month-end close process involves ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled, which is crucial for accurate financial reporting.
DATA CONSOLIDATION : Preparing and consolidating financial data accurately is essential for creating comprehensive financial reports that reflect the organization’s financial status.
COST ANALYSIS : Performing cost analysis involves examining financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide insights into financial performance, helping to drive business improvements.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT : Executing special projects as assigned requires strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals.
COLLABORATION : Working with assigned organizational units to support their financial needs means you’ll need excellent collaboration skills to build effective working relationships and ensure financial objectives are met
EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
EXPERIENCE:
1-3 Years of Experience in accounting, finance, or business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Accounting or finance experience preferred.
Experience in Microsoft Excel required.
Experience with Access, Sequel, and Oracle a plus.
This position will be On Site.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
65,600.00 - 98,400.00 USD ANNUAL
