- Responsible for selecting, consolidating and managing one or more 3rd party fleet management providers, who will cycle and maintain 1,000+ vehicles and support drivers to transport company goods efficiently and save money
- Manage the strategic sourcing across multiple business lines; performs the end-to-end sourcing and stakeholder engagement process
- Develop and drive category strategies including market assessment, internal and external influences, pricing drivers etc.
- Draft, negotiate, develop and execute supplier agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, and RFx documents with the objective of creating strategic business opportunities and savings for the organization
- Utilize multi-step sourcing to gather requirements, launch RFx initiatives, evaluate and analyze results, and communicate recommendations to all levels of the organization and external supply base
- Utilize legal and risk management knowledge to minimize contractual risk, obtain executive signatures, and avoid contractual and/or commitment issues
- Create and execute a decarbonization and sustainability strategy with support and input from internal stakeholders
- Manage reporting for fleet information, driver/mileage reimbursement, fuel/energy consumption and carbon footprint
- Bachelor’s degree- required
- 8+ years of related experience- required; procurement experience- highly preferred
- Experience working with fleet operations- highly preferred
- Experience working with lenders and/or leasing companies- highly preferred
