JOB PURPOSE (JOB SUMMARY):
- Data Vendor is an essential part of our business, leading effective clients’ investment decision-making based on their financial objectives.
- This job requires maintaining the highest standards of Vendor Reporting for Invesco’s Vendor platforms and business partners by being responsible for the administration of Invesco’s products and defined portfolios.
- Manage vendor inquiries, do appropriate analysis, and deliver precise and timely information.
- In charge of gathering data from various applications or teams to prepare and review Vendor reports depending on established frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) and send accurate data/reports by the dates specified.
- Able to take care of updating process metrics/trackers, and assisted team lead in process escalations.
- The ability to work directly under supervision and seamlessly transfer work from regional offices.
- Strictly adhere to policies and procedures while addressing vendor queries, reports, and due diligence in completing with the highest standards and accuracy.
- Provide training/ guidance to new members of the team and assist the Lead in executing the Development Plans of the new members; may perform some tasks of the Lead, when required.
- Establishes and maintains productive relationships across all business, technical, and third-party collaborators; including Vendors, Client Reporting, CRM, Investment Teams, Legal, Fund Accounting, Risk, and Pricing ensuring service is sufficient to support the team (Data Vendor Reporting) operational model.
- Provides training, guidance, and assistance to other team members as required including procedures and standard methodologies with software upgrades.
- Work on data testing of various items for new and current ANG projects. Also, assist project managers with issues pertaining to items tested.
- Act as a change agent, and examine the present process flow, requirements, and potential improvement areas. Make suggestions for innovations that save time or money, including possibilities to increase efficiency and implement better control mechanisms.
- Effectively articulate business requirements in a concise and efficient manner with multiple teams. Use the "why" techniques to identify the root cause and control measures.
- Ensure Team Lead/ Manager is made aware of any item which is deemed to be aware of
- MBA Or any professional qualification with finance as the major
- 4-6 years of previous experience in the financial services industry, with exposure to investment operations.
- knowledge of financial industry fundamentals and asset classes, mutual fund framework, investment life cycle, and market participants.
- knowledge of a generic trade life cycle, complex and derived products of the industry.

- Good knowledge of MS Suite, proficiency in MS Excel

- Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however, hours may vary depending on the project or assignment (Business requirement)
