About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use):08 Credit and Risk Solutions (C&RS) Sales – Americas The Role: Junior Credit Sales Support Specialist – C&RS Sales Team The Team: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Credit and Risk Solutions Sales Team, a focused and dynamic team with the opportunity to build on the last few years of significant growth and product development within the C&RS Business. The Impact: The C&RS business has a strategic plan to be a $1B business globally by 2026 and is a significant contributor to the overall growth of the Market Intelligence (MI) Division. The product suite is a critical piece of this growth story as the distribution channel for Ratings proprietary content and a provider of models and workflow tools to underpin the Credit Workflow for rated and unrated borrowers, counterparties, customers and suppliers. C&RS has senior executive commitment to invest where needed to fuel these growth expectations. We are at the forefront of solving new challenges for clients as the market and regulatory landscape continues to change. For example:
- Helping clients establish robust frameworks for integrating ESG factors into their Credit Assessment frameworks and understanding the potential impact of ESG on their credit portfolios.
- RatingsDirect’s rich and timely research helps customers understand the potential impact on credit markets of current global themes such as inflation, rising interest rates, and regional conflicts.
- Many rely on historical ratings performance in times of economic turmoil to feed into future scenario modeling.
- Credit Analytics and ProSpread underpin large global corporations moving toward customer and supplier credit assessment workflow automation.
- Provide level 1 support on Salesforce e.g., closing out renewal and sales opportunities, providing usage reports, trial set ups, migration tasks.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for approvals, problem solving and troubleshooting for quick resolution / closing of renewal and sales opportunities
- Monitoring and keeping track of renewal book,
- Provide support to the Sales Specialists where needed for trial sets ups, contract creation and processing.
- Providing support in filling out documentation (Statements of Use and Pricing Calculators) for our product offering i.e., RatingXpress
- A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in and ability to learn about credit workflows and personas, developing the industry specific knowledge necessary to problem solve for the Sales Specialists
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (accounting, business or finance preferred) and 0–1 years of relevant work experience.
- Highly proficient in MS Office and using CRM systems(saleforece).
