Job Requisition ID # 24WD76592 We are looking for a Renewal Executive to join our Team in Tokyo! You will work in a hybrid position, reporting directly to the Manager, Commercial Customer Success, in Japan. Purpose: Your mission will be to create customer loyalty and growth through irresistible customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving, forecasting, and ensuring the closure of renewals. You will also responsible for identification and creation of expansion opportunities. You will work through direct customer engagement, collaboration with partners, and with our Worldwide Sales teams. Also, you will focus on the identification and mitigation of renewal churn risk and ensures the delivery of irresistible customer experiences. You will focus on supporting Value Added Distributors and is responsible for driving, forecasting, and closing subscriptions renewals together with Partners and directly with customers. Furthermore, you will engage directly with partners' leadership and partners' Customer Success (CS) Organization and is responsible for renewals pipeline management, and development and enablement of partner proficiency and practices around onboarding, adoption, and renewal. A secondary responsibility of the role will be as a CS subject matter expert and assure CS workshops and regional promotion of Partner CS development. Principal Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales quotas
- Pipeline and forecast management for Mid-Market renewal opportunities
- Work with Midmarket sales and partner ecosystems to lead renewal and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with channel partners to guide partner forecasting and provide deal-specific updates to CCS and sales counterparts
- Enhance customer and partner relationships, QBRs, guide and close renewals, while aligning TASE's /Sales management meetings
- Coordinate collaborative channel partner, assigned account sales, and customer sales meetings to increase renewal performance
- Be an escalation point for all renewal issues that affect the customer's retention and manage risk mitigation execution
- Report on sales results and analysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product
- Provide deal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e., deal creation, development, presentation, and closure
- Manage the direct renewals directly with the end-users
- Some travel may be required.
