Job Summary

 

As a Presales Consultant- Azure for Cloud Services, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our sales team and clients to understand their requirements, scope, and size opportunities effectively. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing technical support and translating customer requirements into tailored solutions to meet client needs, finding opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, defining margins in alignment with both sales and delivery teams, drafting statements of work, and curating a repository of solution collaterals

 

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Scope and Size Opportunities – Work with sales teams and clients to analyze requirements, objectives, and constraints, ensuring opportunities are accurately scoped and aligned with business capabilities.

  • Design Tailored Solutions – Create customized, client-centric solutions that leverage company service offerings and ensure both client satisfaction and profitability.

  • Develop Proposals and SOWs – Prepare detailed proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly define deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.

  • Maintain Solution Collateral – Build and update a repository of sales and solution materials (e.g., case studies, presentations, white papers) in collaboration with marketing.

  • Provide Market and Industry Insights – Stay current on trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies to strengthen offerings and support thought leadership in client engagements.

  • Support Sales Collaboration – Partner with the sales team through all deal stages, offering technical and strategic input, identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and contributing to business growth planning.
