Maria Wright is a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Digital’s Advertising, Marketing, and Commerce group where she provides digital transformation solutions to clients. With companies moving more of its marketing in-house and competing more on customer experience, she is passionate about helping clients implement and operate technology platforms that enable dynamic 1:1 customer experiences. Prior to joining Deloitte after a four and a half year break, Maria worked for GE Capital for approximately 10 years in various sales, risk, and strategy roles

Anjali Sinha

Senior Manager- Talent Strategy & Innovation at Deloitte

As a member of the Strategy and Innovation team in Talent Acquisition, Anjali provides insights that enable Talent leadership in making informed decisions to differentiate Deloitte in the talent marketplace. Anjali has been involved with creating and implementing Deloitte’s Encore Initiative helping returning professionals chart their career re-entry journey. Anjali has spent over 17 years focused on supporting clients across Advisory, Tax, Technology, and Consulting services as a talent advisor.
