Guryan Tighe is an experienced executive coach, workshop leader and communications strategist. Tighe created FOURAGE because she is driven by her fascination in human ‘beingness.’ She created a model on how to identify and live your WHY (purpose) through accessing your fear. She's a published author; contributing a chapter on Fear as Your Treasure Map and The Importance of your WHY. The Better Business Book: 100 People, 100 Stories, 100 Business Lessons To Live By (Volume 3 & Volume 4).

She has served as the Head of Speaker Development at Jolt, working to reinvent the learning experience, Partner of Speakeasy Strategies, a strategic communication advisory firm where she led influencer relations and messaging & positioning and prior to that, Chief Culture Officer, Highwire PR. Tighe received her coaches and leadership development training from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

Shannon is a Bay Area native who in 2018, swapped her career on the corporate stage for the return to an an artistic one. After almost 20 years strategically supporting Fortune 500 global clients with their brand and marketing needs, she followed her heart and curiosity to embark on a new life track.

In early 2019, Shannon founded Enlivened Studios, where she reinvigorates humanity and conscious connection in business, through experiential learning workshops. With her years of corporate experience and a lifetime of writing and performance, she knows firsthand the power of play as a a path toward improved communication, collaboration and connection in any number of relational constructs.
