When I began my transition to a career in IT, I threw out a wide net of trial balloons to see what career path would fit best and bring me the creative and intellectual stimulation I was looking for. I landed on a core career in Front End Development because it allowed me to fold in other skills and interests. When my base of clients became repetitive and I felt my skills getting stale, I decided to freelance again and pivot to looking for an in-house position. My goal was a collaborative environment with a career path in Front End. Clarus is a perfect fit. While I expand my development and managerial skills at Clarus, PurpleDog allows me to maintain a connection to design and direct contact with clients.
