We recently had a Virtual Diversity Recruitment Drive wherein we interviewed around 120 women candidates for various tech positions out of which 8 candidates have been successfully onboarded.

‘Friday Features’ Employee Spotlight Series

Celebrating our differences empowers us to create a workplace that is supportive and inclusive of everyone. It nurtures unique and inspiring stories among us. As part of DEI Month, we shared the stories of employees who have had distinguished and heartening journeys through the “Friday Features”series.

"Our people are our most valuable asset and as a company,” said Andrew Gold, Senior Vice President & CHRO, Pitney Bowes. “We are focused on attracting and retaining a diverse workforce in a competitive market."
