At Arrow, Diversity & Inclusion are at the core of our company values. With #embraceequity as the theme of International Women’s Day 2023, over 2,700 amazing female employees across Asia-Pacific participated in informal networking session held in 14 office locations. It was a wonderful opportunity not only to celebrate and recognize the achievement and contributions that female employees have made, but also to foster equity and inclusion for all.
