The Celonis Services team is a strategic extension of the product and engineering team. They implement an execution management system for some of the world’s biggest, most reputable brands. As far as the Center of Excellence specifically, they serve as partners to the industry-specific Services teams (for example, regulated industries, production, oil and gas, high tech, and telco). And they deliver specialized technical know-how and innovations to solve some of the most difficult business problems with their execution management system. As part of services, they work alongside the sales organization to collaborate with them on customer opportunities to ensure they’re selling the right thing and advising customers from the outset.
The mission of Celonis’ Services team is to unlock massive value and drive exceptional performance from the processes that customers run every day so they can start seeing those hidden inefficiencies as fast as possible and then go beyond that and start fixing them as fast as possible. Consultants and engagement managers also advise customers on how best to use Celonis. So the Services team's mission is to drive customer value through deep product expertise.
