Celebrating Pride: Love, Learn, Laugh & Lift

Each June, Pitney Bowes recognizes Pride Month as a way to celebrate and acknowledge the impact of those who identify as LGBTQ+ on history and society. Our 2023 Pride theme, "Love, Learn, Laugh & Lift," commemorates the self-affirmation and spirit of our colleagues and the community.

We have a lot in store for our colleagues this month, including:

• A panel discussion on the dignity of identity
• Employee spotlights that we are sharing internally and via social media
• “Pride-in-a-box” events at our warehouse facilities
• A Pride yoga class (led by our dedicated Wellness team)
• A wealth of resources – including a Spotify playlist and employee-recommended books, podcasts, and art to welcome everyone to the table

Pitney Bowes continues to make strides in creating a fair and inclusive workplace. We continue to monitor our benefits and programs to ensure that they are inclusive of all. For example, we offer a $15,000 family formation benefit to support adoption; our bathroom policies are gender identity inclusive; and the Pitney Bowes Foundation recently provided a grant to the Governor's Prevention Partnership to further their work on Inclusive Mentoring Practices for LGBTQ+ Youth with a Focus on Intersectionality.
