Pitney Bowes has been named one of Diversity MBA’s 50 Out Front: Best Places to Work for Women & Diverse Managers for 2023, which “showcases companies and organizations that make a strategic effort to implement intentional strategies for women and managers of diverse backgrounds to advance to leadership roles.”

We were one of 50 companies selected out of several hundred that were considered based on scores in seven categories in Diversity MBA’s proprietary index:

• Strategy
• Representation
• Board diversity
• Recruitment
• Workplace inclusion
• Retention
• Succession planning and leadership accountability

We also ranked in the Top 10 “Best in Class” in the Integrated Strategy category. This is the 17th year that Diversity MBA has named the “50 Out Front.”
