At Cummins, our Early Careers program is a crucial part of our talent development strategy. We run several early careers programs annually that help us train, develop and retain early careers talent. These would include internships, placements students and graduate opportunities.
Our returnship program; called RePower, has been in existence since 2015 and has helped several candidates relaunch their STEM careers. This program continues to be instrumental in helping us bring diverse candidates and viewpoints in the organization.
