An Evening with the Women Leaders at StockX

PowerToFly, a woman-run organization dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with fast-growing companies, is excited to announce our first event in Detroit: A powerful evening of networking with women tech leaders! We've partnered with StockX (an online marketplace for buying and selling limited edition luxury and streetwear fashion) to present a night of networking and panel discussions featuring StockX's women leaders in finance, tech and marketing.

The event will be held on Thursday, March 26th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at StockX, located in One Campus Martius at 1050 Woodward Ave. Detroit, on the 10th floor.

Agenda (Subject to Change)

  • 5:00 - Check-in and networking over light food and refreshments
  • 5:00PM- Kickoff by PowerToFly
  • 5:35pm - Welcome Address by StockX's SVP of HR David Staels
  • 5:45pm - Tech Talk / Product Demo
  • 6:00pm - Panel Discussion with women leaders at StockX including:
  • 6:20pm - Audience Q&A
  • 6:40pm - Networking continues

StockX is a live marketplace for buying and selling limited edition sneakers, watches, handbags, and streetwear. StockX separates itself from other online marketplaces and auction sites through their unique stock market-like variable pricing framework. StockX has experienced rapid growth since it's launch in 2015 and now employees over 800 employees in the Detroit area, and is among the fastest growing startups in Michigan. They have worked with celebrities and brands like Lebron James, Nike, Air Jordans, Gucci, Prada and more.
