Hispanic Heritage Month runs from September 15th to October 15th in the US but PowerToFly extended the celebration an extra week with our annual Beyond Boundaries: Voices of Latinidad virtual summit and job fair, highlighting Latina/o/x leaders and connecting professionals with upskilling opportunities and potential new roles.

On October 21st, we featured four hours of conversations highlighting Latinx leaders who discussed such topics as entrepreneurship, their own career journeys, mentorship vs. sponsorship and much more.

Then on October 22nd, we hosted our hiring partners Cummins and Shure as part of an interactive virtual job fair featuring 2,000 open roles. Head over to our hiring partner's page on PowerToFly to apply directly and take that next step!
